1.How do I get a manufacturing quote?
SHD gives you instant pricing and lead times for your custom parts. There are two ways get a quote and DFM feedback from our sales team.
1.Upload one or more 3D CAD file on our Get a Quote page
2.Send one or more 3D CAD file directly to sales@shdprecision.com
In most cases, we respond Quotation within 24 business hours of receiving an RFQ. If the quote is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

2.Who is responsible for my project?
Each project is assigned a technical sales manager and a lead project engineer, who will be there from project launch to the delivery of your parts.

3.What file types do you support for instant quotes?
For quoting SHD prefer 3D CAD file in format in STEP, IGES, X_T or STL.
2D CAD drawings with reference dimensions in format DWG and PDF.
All of the SHD processes are dependent on good 3D CAD solid models.

4.How do I know my design will be kept confidential?(Non-Disclosure Agreements)
SHD rely on our reputation of working with hundreds of thousands of unique designs over many years, we always keeps customer information confidential and have a strict policy within our factory. If needed, we can sign an NDA with customers who require this documentation.

5.What is your MOQ(minimum order quantity)?
There is no minimum order quantity requirements at SHD.Our services can support you scale from one-off prototypes all the way to mid- and high-volume production.

6.What is the quality control of your company？
We have special product laboratory and measurement room, and have very professional testing and measuring equipment. We do raw material incoming inspectiong, in-process product quality control and outgoing good quality control

7.Hong long will the quotation be completed normally in your company？
According to different products, consider whether the common materials used and how the processing precision, normally the quotation will be completed in 2-12 hours.
